Melatonin (N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine) an important biological hormone provides resistance abiotic stress conditions be secreted by plants. concentration plants varies depending on genotype, temperature growth period. Increase melatonin associated with increased SNAT HIOMAT/ASMT enzyme activity. It plays role gibberellic acid abscisic biosynthesis during germination development.
